Addressing challenges in providing special education service during pandemic
In the times such as this pandemic ,where the spread Of Covid-19 has resulted in school shutdown. Emergency remote learning was implemented in several countries and different education settings .
School Closures made it challenges for special education teachers to support their children with special needs and families. The whole education system had been affected . All the children were impacted by covid-19,with social interaction being absent . Additionally , For other students , it was very difficult that some could not attend their online classes because of some technical errors . On the other hand teachers faced a great problems by correcting the answer sheets and assessments by sitting front of the electronic devices for a whole day...
Also, students kept their eyes on their devices for a whole day looking for home works and for other projects. in online class teachers showed the particular lesson related videos to students for better understandings . And also they asked students to prepare powerpoint presentations for projects and also for participate in seminars online. Especially, the mathematics teachers and science teachers faced great difficulties to make students understand the lessons. The higher class students were unable to perform experiments in science lab and primary students were unable to understand the geomentry lessons . Additionally , during the time of pandemic parents were worried about their children seeing them sitting front of the devices for a whole day . during the time of pandemic , the amount of time children spend with their parents had been reduced . At school the celebration of different events and functions was absent . for kindergarden students parents were became their teachers rather than the teachers in school. And Also Some Children attended their online classes While Travelling And While eating , This caused a Major changes in daily routine of children. And also, the extra curricular activities Competitions were conducted in online...
During this time teachers missed their students And Students Missed their subjects teachers And Class Teachers !!!
